Returns policy
At Pro Hair Solutions we understand that choosing a suitable full lace unit can be a tricky process. For this reason we offer a fair returns and refund policy.
Exchange
If you are unhappy with your Full Lace Wig, you have seven days from receipt to contact us via phone or email. You may then have the option to exchange the lace unit for a more suitable one, of equal value. You the buyer will be responsible for any excess postage and packaging costs.
Please note terms of exchange...
vLace material must be intact (not been cut, no rips or stains)
vThe full lace wig must not be Chemically changed (not dyed, nor relaxed..)
vThe full lace wig must not have been worn
vNo adhesive or tape should be on the full lace wig
vNo hair products should be applied to the full lace wig
vThe full lace wig must not have been Washed or Conditioned
vThe full lace unit must not be newly Styled, Cut or curls brushed out.
vThe full lace wig should be returned in original packaging
Custom Lace Units: If you have had your full lace wig made to your specifications (custom made). Due to the specialty of the item, all sales are subject to a 35% returns fee. Which will be deducted from the wig purchase value. You may use the remaining balance to purchase a stock lace unit or a new custom order. Any outstanding money will be paid by you the buyer or if there is any surplus money, it will be returned to you by us pro hair solutions.
Please also note We Do Not allow multiple exchanges per order. (one exchange per order is permitted)
Refunds
Your refund will be sent to you within 3 days of the time that we receive and successfully examine the unit. Custom Lace Units will incur a 35% fee
Product availability
If your order is out of stock at the time that you place your order, you will be notified immediately and offered a suitable alternative . During busy periods merchandise is in stock at the time that the order is placed, but is not in stock at the time of shipping. In this case, your order may be delayed. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Keep in mind that the order form must be correctly completed. If there is an error in your order, it may cause delay in shipping.
We always recommend people allow 5 to 14 days to receive your online order to avoid disappointment.
Shipping Notice
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will not pay for return shipping, nor refund the original shipping charges if a customer is unhappy with the merchandise. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed products. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package and to insure items are received by us in good condition. If the returned item is found to be unsuitable for re-stocking, it will be returned to the customer.
Our company only ship merchandise that have been successfully processed through our payment gateway (paypal), this condition applies to both in stock and custom orders.
For orders shipping outside the UK, orders should reach your country within 7-14 business days; however, your customs office and local postal delivery may delay the actual delivery time. Pro Hair Solutions has no control over these conditions. Any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. All purchases will be insured upon shipping. If your item is lost in transit, it will be replaced once a claim is placed with the Parcel courier.
